I like how the buttery and crispy pastry complemented the salted egg yolk and lotus/red bean paste. I noticed the sweetness of the paste and saltiness of the duck egg yolk were both subtle and tasty when combined together. I felt the mooncakes tasted a bit more flavoursome after the second day of receiving it. Will order again :-)
