Our signature pandan layer cake (also known as pandan jelly layer cake) consists of layers of pandan sponge cake & pandan jelly and topped with seasonal berries, ideal for daily and special occasions.

*Note: Condensation may occur during transport, it is common that the cake will have some water/liquid at the base of the cake due to this condensation.

Bought this cake for my mil birthday. We all loved it. The sweetness was just nice (less sweet than most store bought cakes) and the contrasting texture of cake and jelly makes it so addictive!
This classic pandan layer cake used to be our favourite when we were in Malaysia. So happy to find that Amour Desserts makes this & perfected it. Cake was moist and spongy. Good pandan aroma & not too sweet. Just perfect! And communication with Er Rin was prompt and efficient. Highly recommended.

The cake was nice and not too sweet. The sweetness was well balanced by the saltiness in the cream. I believe the cake would have tasted even better if I had it left out at room temperature for 10min before indulging.

Special notes were given for delivery to surprise the birthday's boy. Amour Desserts took the time to communicate various times and deliver the cake in a timely manner. Greatly appreciated!
The cake was delicious and the sweetness was just right. Compliments received from all whom have also enjoyed the cake and it was 'different' from the 'ordinary' birthday cake.
The Strawberries was quite sour and it's was not your fancy 'French Pastry Chef' decorations however, if the taste counts then definitely try the 'Pandan Layer' cake. It's may also be on the expensive side from your everyday cake but why not try something different to surprise that special someone?
I would highly recommend Amour Desserts for all their different 'tropical' variety cakes which may not be available from your local cake shop(s).
